Specifically, Jim's real estate focus was on a four-county area: Kitsap, King, Mason and Pierce counties, where some of the Pacific Northwest's most desirable homes and estates are located. BACKGROUND: Jim has had a varied career. Following graduation with a BA Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound in 1967 he worked for, and ultimately became General Manager and Chairman of the Board of a Heating Oil/Asphalt paving business in Kitsap County. After selling the business in 1985, Jim obtained his real estate license, insurance license, and Airline Transport Pilot's license.

After four successful years selling real estate Jim joined Airpac Airlines and flew freight as a line captain for two years. He left the airline in 1991 to become Chief Pilot/Director of Flight Operations for a large custom yacht builder, flying millionaires and billionaires all over the Pacific Northwest. Since 1994, Jim has sold over thirty-two million dollars of real estate and devotes an average of one hundred hours a week serving his clients.
